Head Coach

​Ben  brings over 7 years of coaching experience to his role as Head Coach, with a strong focus on player development and team success. In addition to his coaching experience, Ben serves as the Head of Rugby at Colchester Sixth Form, where he oversees the development of young rugby talent. Ben has worked with a variety of players, including a notable 3-year tenure at Northampton Saints Development Player Pathway, nurturing the next generation of players. Ben recently started his England Advanced Coaching Award, deepening his expertise in coaching methodologies, player psychology, and leadership. His coaching philosophy centers on building technical skill, teamwork, and mental resilience, ensuring players reach their full potential.​​
